1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our bridal business, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any new or pre-loved wedding dresses or accessories. We encourage all brides to choose carefully before purchasing.
2. Deposits & Holds
To place a dress on hold and take it off the rack (in-store or online), a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the purchase price is required. The remaining balance must be paid before the dress is released or shipped.
3. Pre-Loved & Sample Gowns:
Pre-loved and sample dresses are sold as-is. Any known imperfections will be disclosed prior to purchase. We recommend inspecting gowns in person or requesting detailed photos if purchasing online.
4. Payments
Full payment must be made prior to the collection or delivery of any item. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment methods as available on our site.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is available within New Zealand. Delivery costs and timelines will be calculated at checkout. Olivia Rose Bridal is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers once the item has been dispatched.
Dress Delivery Timeframes:
If your dress is in stock at the warehouse, it typically arrives within 4–6 weeks.
If the dress is on backorder, please allow 14–16 weeks for delivery. We will notify you of the estimated delivery timeframe once your order is confirmed.
6. Sizing & Fit
Please ensure your measurements are accurate before purchasing. We are happy to assist with
measurements, sizing advice, and colour guidance upon enquiry. However, Olivia Rose Bridal is not liable for alterations required after purchase.
7. Dress Availability
As many of our gowns are one-off or limited in availability, placing a deposit does not guarantee stock until it is confirmed by our team. If a gown becomes unavailable due to simultaneous in-store purchase, the deposit will be refunded.
