The usual turnaround time for the dresses is 18-20 weeks, separates 10-12 weeks and accessories 4 weeks. If you need your item to be ready earlier, we may be able to accommodate you. Additional fees may apply.
The dresses are sent via insured courier service which is always recorded.

-After the wedding, the dress should be dry cleaned and stored in a box. We advise you against hanging it as this might stretch the delicate fabric over time.
-Please note that some of our fabrics are very delicate so pay attention when wearing jewellery and carrying handbags. We are not responsible for any damage to the items after they have been dispatched or collected.
